1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute the entire legal agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jit365 ("jit365", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at jit365.app and all associated subdomains and mobile-optimised versions thereof.

By completing the account registration process, making a deposit, placing a wager, or accessing any game or betting market on the jit365 platform, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood this Agreement in its entirety;
• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where access to online gaming is prohibited by applicable law;
• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.

jit365 reserves the right to update or amend this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the jit365 platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. jit365 enforces this requirement at registration and at the identity verification stage prior to any withdrawal. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be suspended immediately, and all funds will be held pending investigation.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not have voluntarily registered for any self-exclusion programme or cooling-off period, whether through jit365 or any third-party responsible gaming service.
• No Prior Ban: You must not have had a jit365 account permanently closed for breach of this Agreement or any applicable platform policy.
• Own Funds: All deposits must be made from payment accounts or instruments that are legally owned and registered in your own name. Deposits made on behalf of another person are not permitted.

jit365 reserves the right to request documentation at any time to verify that a Player meets these eligibility criteria. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending review.

3 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only on the jit365 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different identities, constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all account balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, registered mobile number, and preferred payment method. This information is used to verify your identity, process your transactions, and comply with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: Prior to processing any withdrawal request, jit365 will conduct KYC verification. You may be required to provide:

• A government-issued photo identity document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the past three months);
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or confirmation of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account registered in your name).

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. jit365 will never ask you to disclose your password through any communication channel. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified jit365 of unauthorised access.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the jit365 platform are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No foreign currency conversion is applied to player accounts.

Accepted Payment Methods: jit365 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard, subject to availability at the time of transaction.

Deposit Terms:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed in the cashier section at the time of deposit.
• Deposits are credited to your jit365 account balance in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.
• jit365 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts not registered in your name.
• Deposits made via bank transfer may require up to two business hours to reflect in your account balance.

Withdrawal Terms:

• Withdrawals are processed only to verified payment accounts registered in the same name as your jit365 account.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed in the cashier section.
• Withdrawals to mobile wallet accounts (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are processed within 15 to 60 minutes for fully verified accounts during standard operating hours.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days to clear depending on the receiving institution.
• jit365 reserves the right to perform additional due-diligence checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, which may extend processing times.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until any applicable bonus wagering requirements have been fully met.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

jit365 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh.

The following general terms apply to all jit365 bonuses unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games and sports betting markets may contribute at a reduced rate compared to slots. Contribution percentages are listed in the individual promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins expire if not used within the timeframe specified in the promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• Maximum Bet: While an active bonus is in your account, a maximum bet limit per round or wager may apply. Placing bets above this limit during an active bonus period may result in forfeiture of the bonus and all associated winnings.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active in a jit365 account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Abuse: jit365 reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or cancel bonus amounts and associated winnings if it reasonably suspects that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to hedging bets, match betting, or exploiting a flaw in bonus calculation logic.

jit365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players with active wagering requirements at the time of promotion termination will be permitted to complete those requirements under the original terms.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the jit365 platform — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, slots, or sports betting markets — are governed by the specific game or market rules displayed within the platform at the time the bet is placed. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and this Agreement, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to the particular game or market only.

Sports Betting:

• Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds shown at the time of bet confirmation are the odds applied to that wager.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to platform availability and market suspension rules. jit365 reserves the right to void in-play bets placed after an event outcome is determined but before the market is officially settled.
• Cancelled or postponed sporting events will result in the return of stakes at odds of 1.0 unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours of the original start time.
• Obvious errors in odds (also known as "palpable errors") will be corrected, and affected bets may be voided at jit365's sole discretion regardless of whether they have already been settled.

Casino Games:

• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of cards, dice, or roulette wheels operated by licensed studio dealers.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed automatically by the game engine according to the game's predetermined rules. Stakes may be settled against the resolved outcome.
• Maximum and minimum bet limits per game are displayed within each game interface. jit365 reserves the right to adjust these limits without prior notice.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jit365 platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of account balance, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Multi-Accounting: Creating, accessing, or operating more than one jit365 account, whether under the same name or different identities;
• Identity Fraud: Providing false or misleading personal information during registration, KYC, or at any other point;
• Bonus Abuse: Systematic exploitation of promotional offers through hedging, match betting, or coordinated play;
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any competitive betting market;
• Automated Betting: Use of bots, scripts, automated betting software, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Software Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software errors, bugs, or display glitches to place bets at incorrect odds or gain access to restricted features;
• Money Laundering: Using the jit365 platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime;
• Third-Party Deposits: Depositing funds from a payment account not registered in your own name;
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargeback requests on deposits made to jit365.

8 Responsible Gaming

jit365 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for all eligible players. We recognise that for some individuals, gambling can become a problematic behaviour, and we provide a comprehensive set of tools to help players manage their gaming activity.

Available Self-Management Tools:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a mandatory 72-hour waiting period.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds per day, week, or month. Once the limit is reached, further betting is suspended until the period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure time notifications that alert you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) without permanently closing it.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon request and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months.

All responsible gaming tools are accessible directly from within your jit365 account settings at any time, without requiring contact with the support team. 9 Intellectual Property

All content on the jit365 platform, including but not limited to the jit365 brand name, logo, website design, user interface, graphics, game descriptions, written content, software code, and data compilations, is the exclusive intellectual property of jit365 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jit365 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any jit365 content;
• Create derivative works based on jit365 content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any jit365 software;
• Use the jit365 name, logo, or branding in any manner not expressly authorised in writing by jit365.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jit365 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the jit365 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from technical failures, disconnections, or platform outages not caused by jit365's gross negligence;
• Loss of anticipated winnings or profits;
• Errors in displayed odds that are subsequently corrected as palpable errors;
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

jit365's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to jit365 in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The jit365 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jit365 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

jit365 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and should be read alongside it.

By registering a jit365 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, transaction processing, and the provision of platform services.

jit365 implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption, one-way password hashing, access controls, and regular security audits to protect the personal data of all Players. jit365 does not sell or transfer your personal data to third-party marketing organisations without your explicit consent.

12 Amendments to These Terms

jit365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. When material changes are made, jit365 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by posting a prominent notification on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The effective date displayed at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of the jit365 platform after any amendment has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to initiate account closure.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of a dispute between you and jit365 arising from or relating to this Agreement or your use of the platform, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through direct communication with jit365's customer support team in the first instance.

Disputes relating to specific game outcomes or transaction settlements must be raised with jit365 support within 30 days of the relevant event. Claims submitted after this period may not be considered.

jit365's decisions on disputes relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account status shall be final and binding, subject to the Player's right to escalate to the relevant dispute resolution body as notified by jit365 support.
